Director, Technology Services Organization (TSO)
Charles A. (Tony) Priddy

Mr. Priddy currently serves as Director, Technology Services Organization (TSO).  Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, TSO is aligned under the Programs & Resources (P&R) Department at Headquarters, U. S. Marine Corps, Washington, DC.  TSO provides design, development, production, and sustainment support of enterprise-level information technology business systems, specifically pay, personnel, budget execution, orders writing, accounting, and installation systems for the Marine Corps and other DoD components, services, and agencies on a reimbursable basis.  Mr. Priddy is the senior representative for P&R in joint and external forums that address highly technical TSO areas as well as the ability of these systems and capabilities to fit into the Marine Corps Information Enterprise and operate on the Marine Corps Enterprise Network.      

Mr. Priddy enlisted in the Marine Corps in April 1990 from his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. In May 2000 he was commissioned via the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) after graduating from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. 

Throughout his Marine Corps career, Mr. Priddy served in various positions in personnel administration and unit diary until executing a lateral move to basic electronics and microcomputer repair, and upon commissioning served the remainder of his time as a Communications Officer, serving as Operations Officer under the Assistant Chief of Staff (G-6) Marine Corps Bases Hawaii and as Plans Officer for Commander, Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. 

Upon joining TSO in 2007, he served as Deputy Director, Integrated Applications Division until his retirement from Active Duty in June 2010. After retirement he served in several capacities in TSO, including Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Project Management Officer, Director, Systems Integration and Support Division, and Operations Officer, Marine Corps Integrated Pay and Personnel Systems Division before assuming the role of Chief Strategy Officer, where he led the Office of Strategy Management (OSM), responsible for enterprise-level strategy, project, risk, and performance management, joint requirements, and audit & security compliance. 

Mr. Priddy has received numerous personal awards throughout his career, and holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
